Perth Film Studios required a visionary inaugural CEO to establish Western Australia’s first world-class screen production facility. The role was critical to positioning WA competitively on the global screen stage, attracting major productions, and delivering economic growth for the state’s creative industries.

SAFC sought a Head of First Nations to lead a transformative cultural agenda across South Australia’s screen and games sectors. This role was central to advancing reconciliation, Indigenous storytelling, and sector-wide inclusion.

After two years searching independently, despite deep industry knowledge and global contacts, Princess Pictures had been unable to fill their Head of Content Role. The position itself needed to be redefined, and the ideal candidate had to combine local and international market credibility with a strong cultural fit for the company.

Stranger Than Fiction Films, led by BAFTA- and Emmy-nominated director and producer Jen Peedom, needed a seasoned leader to help steer the business. The role was not a standard position, it was still evolving, and required a tailored, considered approach rather than a conventional search.

EP Australia was exclusively selected to recruit the entire organisation for NITV, the $48M federally funded national Indigenous television channel. The engagement began with the search for NITV's founding CEO, commissioned by the sub-committee reporting to the then Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, and grew into a full build-out of the organisation from the ground up.

The Art Gallery of New South Wales was preparing for its $344 million Sydney Modern redevelopment, and created a highly visible, high-stakes appointment central to the Gallery's strategic plan.
