Kara Little joined EP Australia in 2021 as a crucial piece in the EP Australia puzzle. Tech savvy and incredibly organised, Kara initially played a pivotal role in supporting our Managing Director, before stepping up into a Recruitment position.

In her current role as Recruitment Consultant, Kara assists our clients in hiring office support roles across Screen, Music, Events, Entertainment, Arts, Culture, Media, Sportainment, Gaming & Technology. Roles such as Agents’ Assistants, Office Assistants, Event Assistants, Coordinators, Receptionists, Digital & Social Media Assistants, Personal/Executive Assistants and Publicity and Marketing Assistants, to name a few.

Kara has an Advanced Diploma in Screen and Media, is a UNSW Business School graduate, and is halfway through her MBA at UTS. Plus, anyone who has ever dealt with Kara knows that she is a super-nice human, too!
