  • How do you ensure my privacy?

    Our fundamental principle when working with you is trust. Put simply, if we didn’t hold privacy as the #1 priority, we wouldn’t have been in business for over two decades. Review our Privacy Policy.

  • Will you send my CV to clients without me knowing?

    We will NEVER send your CV to a client without your prior consent.

  • You already have my CV, do I need to register for a job alert on your website?

    We have two different systems, our database and our website.


    Our database is where we hold your CV and contact details. To be included into our database you need to send us your CV to info@epaustralia.com.au We rely on you to ensure we have your latest CV and to keep us informed when your contact details change. We individually review each and every CV’s sent to us and personally tag with appropriate skills, so we can contact you when suitable openings become available.



    Our website is where you can register for your very own job alert. You register and select from a dropdown of positions you would like to be notified about. You will then receive an email message which matches your selected criteria when we post a matching job on our website. We highly advise sending your CV to us to be included in our database, as any role which is confidential in nature, will not be posted to our website.  

  • What happens when I no longer want to receive job alerts?

    Simply login to access your account and delete. If you no longer want to receive notifications from our database simply email info@epaustralia.com.au with "unsubscribe job alerts" in the subject heading.Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors who are interested get more information. You can emphasize this text with bullets, italics or bold, and add links.

  • I’m connected to an EP Australia Consultant on LinkedIn, will you contact me for jobs?

    No, not necessarily. We do use LinkedIn, but do not post all roles on that platform. The nature of our work is often confidential, so for that reason we do not post


  • Where do you advertise your jobs?

    Depending on the role, we will use the appropriate job boards. We also contact you directly through our own network, so to ensure you hear about suitable roles, send your CV directly to us.

  • Who are your clients?

  • What type of roles do you fill?

    We work across all areas of business within the creative economy such as; admin, acquisitions, data & insights, finance, licensing, client service, legal, marketing, sales, HR, tech ops, digital content, design, events, touring, programming, production, postproduction, sound, VFX.     Broadcast (FTA, SVOD, STV, radio), Media, Sports, Arts, Music, Live Events, Film, Global Brands and Technology.

  • What work type do you manage?

    The bulk of the work we do is permanent, however we also manager contract and casual as required.

  • I emailed my CV to info@epaustralia.com.au but have not heard from anyone?

    It takes time to review the amount of CV’s which come through. We ask that you allow 7-10 days for a response.

  • You have my CV - Why hasn’t a consultant contacted me about any jobs?

    Please be understanding as we work across many business units and may simply have no suitable work in your area of expertise.



  • If you contact me about a role and I pass on it, will you consider me again?

    Yes, of course!
