The role
The purpose of this role is to provide seamless support to managers, while ensuring information flows smoothly across the entire team to keep everyone connected, informed and moving in sync. It’s varied, it’s busy and absolutely no two days look the same.
Your days will be a satisfying mix of:
- Managing busy diaries, scheduling meetings, travel and team support
- Keeping budgets, invoices, system entries and finance admin in immaculate shape
- Onboarding new staff, admin for payroll, coordinating freelance contracts
- Supporting campaign shoots, voiceovers, and creative production timelines
- Helping keep digital content archives tidy and accessible
- Liaising across the business with planners, schedulers and stakeholders
- You’re a natural planner who loves structure, accuracy and keeping things moving.
- You have a min of 3-5 years’ experience as an EA or Team Coordinator within a large creative organisation, creative agency.
- You can juggle diaries, priorities, requests and deadlines without dropping a beat, even when things get busy.
- You can manage workflows, approvals and communications across a broad network of stakeholders in a large organisation.
- You are confidence with systems, touching on multiple areas from invoicing, budgets, procurement, HR forms, compliance and workflow approvals.
- You understand production or creative workflows. You get the rhythm of shoots, design workflows or TV/creative environments.
- You know how creatives operate, and you understand the urgency, dependencies and detail involved in making great content.
