We’re looking for someone for a pivotal position within the Actors division of this growing agency. We need someone to jump into this brilliant opportunity as the business expands and needs an agent to represent a roster of professional actors across theatre, film, television & live events. The talent is diverse, bold, disciplined, and driven.

The role:
Manage an impressive roster and play a key role in the strategic growth of the talent’s careers. You’ll work closely with casting directors, producers, and creatives at every level of the industry, ensuring the talent are always positioned for success. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a dynamic roster while working closely with an established agency.
  
What you’ll be doing:

  • Help grow the actor’s division, by representing and developing a curated roster of talent.
  • Pitch and submit talent for acting projects, prepping actors for auditions and jobs, ensuring all logistical and professional needs are met
  • Manage and maintain trusted relationships with casting professionals, producers, and creatives.
  • Oversee contracts, negotiations, and client administration, from deal memos to headshots.
  • Coordinate auditions, meetings, and all aspects of client scheduling with precision and care.
  • Contribute to agency marketing and social media, championing your clients’ successes.
  • Attend showcases, screenings, and performances, staying closely connected to the pulse of the industry.
What you’ll bring:
  • Experience in a talent agency or similar environment.
  • Established networks within the Australian acting and performing arts scene.
  • Impeccable communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic, calm and collaborative approach with genuine passion for the craft and the people behind it.
  • High competency with casting platforms, Microsoft Office, social media, and CRM systems.
