  • Production Readiness – Support space requirements and configurations for diverse production needs
  • Record Keeping – Record accurate records of maintenance activities, including tasks completed, time spent, parts used and current condition
  • Subcontractor Management – Assist the Facilties Manager in coordinating subcontractor activities across the site
  • Operational Efficiency – Maximise facility use and minimise downtime
  • Sustainability Initiatives – Champion energy-saving and environmentally friendly practices in line with the Studio’s Sustainability Plan
  • Compliance & Safety – Supporting adherence to WHS and industry regulations, across subcontractors and clients, ove
  • Continuous Improvement – Drive innovation and problem-solving in facility operations
What we’re looking for:
We’re open to people from all kinds of technical and facilities backgrounds. You might have worked in commercial property, live events, a venue or production-related environment.

About you:
  • A trade or technical qualification e.g., HVAC, Electrical, or similar
  • At least 3 years’ experience in facility or property maintenance, with a mix of planned, preventative and reactive work
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong eye for detail
  • Great communication and teamwork skills – you’re someone who gets things done and gets along with others
  • A WHS qualification (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in creative environments like studios, festivals, or events, but it’s not a must
APPLY NOW- or any enquiries to info@epaustralia.com.au
