We’re looking for an experienced & inspiring leader to oversee a world-class youth performing arts training program. Someone who believes in nurturing excellence, building strong teams, and shaping the next generation of exceptional young performers.
This role sits at the heart of an elite performing arts environment, where high expectations aren’t imposed; they’re shared. Every student, teacher, and performance is a reflection of the culture you’ll help create.
You will be someone who balances creative vision with operational discipline bringing both structure and inspiration; a steady hand that knows when to guide, when to challenge, and when to let brilliance unfold. You’ll lead a team of skilled educators, oversee the delivery of rigorous, industry-relevant training, and ensure each student feels supported, seen, and stretched to their potential.
This is a role for someone who thrives on excellence, not as a buzzword, but as a daily practice. It’s dynamic and people-centered role which will be deeply rewarding for someone who wants a high-performance creative environment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop teaching staff across multiple performance disciplines
- Maintain exceptional standards of delivery, consistency, and student experience
- Oversee timetabling, staffing, and the day-to-day operations of youth performance programs
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students, parents, and the broader creative community
- Ensure all training and activities align with best practice, compliance, and student welfare standards
- Are an amazing dance coach with a proven background & knowledge in dance, coaching or choreographing or program leadership
- Are passionate about helping young people grow as both artists and individuals and knowing when to push for perfection and when to let artistry breathe.
- Know how to bring out the best in your team and maintain a culture of excellence
- Can confidently manage people, programs, and performance outcomes in equal measure
- Take pride in delivering programs that are consistent, inspiring, and industry-relevant
You’re an experienced educator, coach, or choreographer or creative leader with a track record of elevating people and programs. You know how to set a tone, one of integrity, discipline, and possibility. You’re equally comfortable in a rehearsal room, a staff meeting, or a parent conversation.
If you believe young artists deserve training that challenges them to be exceptional and you know how to lead a team to deliver it, this is the role where you’ll make your mark.
Apply now to lead with purpose, passion, and professionalism and shape a new generation of performing artists.
