What you’ll do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop teaching staff across multiple performance disciplines
- Maintain exceptional standards of delivery, consistency, and student experience
- Oversee timetabling, staffing, and the day-to-day operations of youth performance programs
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students, parents, and the broader creative community
- Ensure all training and activities align with best practice, compliance, and student welfare standards
- Are an amazing dance coach with a proven background & knowledge in dance, coaching or choreographing or program leadership
- Are passionate about helping young people grow as both artists and individuals and knowing when to push for perfection and when to let artistry breathe.
- Know how to bring out the best in your team and maintain a culture of excellence
- Can confidently manage people, programs, and performance outcomes in equal measure
- Take pride in delivering programs that are consistent, inspiring, and industry-relevant
You’re an experienced educator, coach, or choreographer or creative leader with a track record of elevating people and programs. You know how to set a tone, one of integrity, discipline, and possibility. You’re equally comfortable in a rehearsal room, a staff meeting, or a parent conversation.
