Job description

Our client KOJO is looking for an experienced senior Post Producer to join their studio working across longform post & VFX productions. KOJO have worked on over 70 film & TV projects and been the post production solution for studios including Warner Bros, Blumhouse, Universal, BBC Studios and Netflix. They also have an exciting new partnership with Stampede Ventures to develop a slate of projects for the international market.

Based in Adelaide (consistently voted amongst the most liveable & affordable capital cities in the world with rental costs nearly 50% lower than Sydney) you will be a senior member of the studio team. Working with the Executive Director, Post Production & VFX and reporting to the MD, you will work closely with their internal and external teams to play a vital role in delivering a comprehensive solution for all post production needs across the business, including feature films, TV, commercials and screen content.  

This is a permanent role, with a flexible/negotiable start date.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • The holistic management of picture, sound and VFX workflows
  • Bidding, budgeting, script breakdowns, resourcing and reconciliation of projects
  • Working with technical staff to oversee technical pipelines and facility management
  • Managing and tracking cost efficiency and profitability of individual projects
  • Management and allocation of resources
  • New business development - identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Developing & maintaining client relationships
  • Financial tasks including time reporting, end of month reconciliation and invoicing
  • Team management and performance reviews
Skills and experience required:
