Produce and showcall for live sports events at a range of sporting venues.
We have a great opportunity for a Producer/Showcaller to lead the sport game day team to ensure the event is delivered in an efficient and entertaining way.
You will be responsible for day-to-day running of the production with regard to crewing, budgets, timing plans, resource, business management and client requests, run sheets, call sheets, oversee content shoots, club and commercial game day assets and activations.
Being sporting events, the work will fall outside of traditional working hours, so flexibility to work weekends is a must.
Key responsibilities will include:

Key responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for the planning, execution and delivery across all levels of sport production and sports presentation including showcalling on the day
- Manage shoots, events, testing/rehearsals and games at various location
- Manage communication with clients in the delivery of sport content and experiences across online platforms and in stadiums.
- Develop and manage the project budget, including hard costs and project reconciliation
- Manage freelance pool - Identify resource needs and book match day crew
- Assist the internal team identify new business opportunities with potential clients
- Work with our national team on major events, and major events, and major accounts.
- Showcalling sporting events is preferred but showcalling from other major live events will be looked at favourably
- Confident and experienced producer capable of ideation and running events at sporting arenas.
- Sound understanding of the technical requirements to deliver sports and event production
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a natural attitude to ‘go the extra mile’ especially under tight deadlines.
- Capable of acting quickly and decisively under pressure and working with a “can-do” attitude and strong work ethic.
- Able to develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring planning, communication and delivery are efficient and done with a genuine and caring manner.
