Creative Lead - Sport

We are looking to speak to Melbourne based designers with experience in or some some runs on the board leading the creative process for sport experiences, from ideation to concept.
You’ll have crafted solutions, with world-class results, for sports presentations, cultural and ceremonial events and worked with sports brands to build fan engagement.
You’ll have the know how to tap into the power of storytelling to create an emotional connection with audiences, with the brand essence used as a platform to develop an overarching story.
You’ll know the power of choreographing content across lighting, live performance, vision and audio to provide fans with immersive experiences.
You’ll know how to work with clubs, sporting bodies and major tournaments to help identify their requirements, develop creative solutions and effective campaigns which achieve objectives.
You’ll be a strong ideator and ‘hands-on’ operator, with the ability to collaborate across media, states, sports codes and expertise.
What You’ll Need:
Ideally 5+ years’ experience either in an agency or client side
Think conceptually and solve client business problems through the power of creativity
Proven experience delivering fan engagement activities
Experience creatively directing video shoots and animation production, experiential marketing, social campaigns, and events
Strong leadership, with the ability to drive a positive culture
Ability to multitask across different projects and clients
Build strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders and partners, in offices across the country
Able to execute concepts to a high visual standard for client presentations
Ability to collaborate with teams in offices across the country
